Laura Steuer is the executive director of Friendly Voices – Phone Buddies for Seniors. She has over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership with a focus on volunteer training and management. Laura received her Master of Education from Stanford University and has been an educator, skills trainer, and workshop facilitator for 20 years.
