This executive director assessment form combines results, activities, and attributes. Boards can focus on areas most important to the organization.
A executive’s job in a nonprofit is more about results than about activities.
In one sense, the executive director’s performance can be measured by the performance of the organization. Non-CEO jobs are often evaluated based on completion of activities. But the executive’s job in a nonprofit is more about results than about activities.
